This comprehensive report is a product of the preliminary activities of the SE4Ces project. It presents the robust methodology formulated on the SE Living-Lab framework and outlines the implementation of educational materials across different pilot institutions.
By clearly defining the roles of all participants, implementation schedules, reporting periods, and other essential details, this report ensures smooth and efficient operation at each location. The report also includes crucial evaluation tools and indicators to assess the achievement of the SE Living Labs' objectives.
The report expands upon the SE Living Labs framework and educational materials outlined in the previous document, D.4.1: Social Economy Living Labs framework. The University of Bologna (UNIBO) - one of the project's four pilot universities - has overseen the pilot implementation activities, with the rest of the project partners providing access to SE organizations actively involved in academic activities with pilot universities.
This report is divided into four main sections:
- Our Approach: An in-depth explanation of the overarching methodology used for the SE Living Labs framework.
- Ignition Meetings per Country: An analysis of the positive and negative aspects experienced during each country's ignition meeting.
- Results and Decisions on the Pilot Phase per Country: A detailed examination of the results from pilot phases conducted in different countries. This section discusses the organisation's role in analyzing these results and making informed decisions based on the findings.
- Expected Outputs from the Pilots: A projection of the anticipated outcomes from the pilot phases, which may include enhanced student engagement, a deeper understanding of social economy concepts, and successful implementation of the SE Living Labs framework.
Finally, an entire chapter dedicated to Evaluation provides insightful views on the efficiency and success of the pilot programs.
